WOMEN ONLY ZONE
This training is set up and run by Phoebe. The creation of Team girls that lift is designed to make women feel more confident and comfortable within themselves, to break down the stereotype that women shouldn’t lift weights and to create a network of strong women.
What does the group involve?
Meet other women with the same goals as you.
Create training partners where you can meet up outside of individual sessions.
Ask questions which other girls may be able to help with or may of wanted to know also.
Celebrate eachothers achievements.
Monthly group training sessions and coffee mornings.
How will I gain confidence?
By having support and advice available 24/7 you will never feel lost or at a loose end. Motivation is key and for a women entering a weights area alone this can be very daunting, especially for the first couple of weeks. Knowing that many other women started in the same place as you is very reassuring, and by having 1-2-1’s you are able to ease yourself in more comfortably.
YOU have the ability to decide whether or not you are going to be confident. Do not for one minute believe because you are a women you shouldn’t be in the weight area or lifting weights, because all women should.
